The challenge

Collect vehicle-owner data without making the form feel heavy

The goal of kartakontaktu.pl was to gather structured information from Range Rover owners: contact data, vehicle model, year, technical condition, and follow-up context, while keeping the form fast and clear on mobile devices.

  • Keep the form intuitive for users arriving from campaigns or direct links.
  • Collect structured vehicle and contact information securely.
  • Prepare collected data for later handling, export, or CRM workflows.

Original scope

What was actually delivered in this project

Requirements Analysis and Planning The primary goal of the website kartakontaktu.pl was to create a simple yet functional form that collects data from Range Rover car owners. The key requirements for the project were: Intuitive and easy-to-use form to ensure quick and smooth completion by users.

Collecting key information such as contact details and car-related specifics (model, year of manufacture, technical condition, etc.). User data protection and secure storage. Responsive design to ensure the form is accessible and easy to fill out on different devices (smartphones, tablets, computers). Possibility for further handling of collected data, e.g., exporting to Excel files or directly sending data to CRM systems.

Graphic Design and UX (User Experience) The design of kartakontaktu.pl was planned to be as clear and intuitive as possible for users. The main design principles included: Minimalist Look: Simplicity and clarity were key to avoid distracting the user. A subdued color scheme was used, dominated by white, gray, and accents associated with the prestige of the Range Rover brand (e.g., elegant green, black).

Focus on the Form: The homepage was designed with one goal – to encourage the user to fill out the form. The entire page structure was centered around the contact form, placed in the middle of the page, with a brief description of the form’s purpose at the top and a CTA (Call to Action) directing the user to fill in their details.

Responsiveness: The form was designed to work smoothly on various devices, especially since many users might use mobile phones. The mobile version was optimized for fast and easy completion. Features and Technologies To efficiently and securely collect data from Range Rover owners, we implemented the following technologies and functionalities: Data Collection Form: The form included all necessary fields that needed to be filled out by vehicle owners.

Lead capture with context

The important part was not the form itself, but collecting the right vehicle context so each submitted contact can be handled meaningfully later.

CHDR prepared a responsive form-based website with clear fields, secure data handling, and a structure ready for operational follow-up by the business team.
